At Baby Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you already have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
