Baby Gifts (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates baby-gifts.uk. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep stock levels accurate on our website. However, from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy. If this happens, we will dispatch the available items and contact you regarding the remaining item(s), including whether you would prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping fee is clearly shown before payment is completed. This amount is final and will be included in your total at checkout.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims may be submitted within 90 days of receiving your item. For approved warranty claims, return shipping will initially be prepaid by the customer and reimbursed once the claim has been reviewed and accepted. Customers may choose between a refund, store credit, or a replacement where available.

Delivery Terms

Domestic Transit Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Economy Delivery: 5–8 business days (Free)
  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days (£15)

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.

Items Out of Stock

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may ship the available items first. Any remaining items will be shipped once they become available.

Delivery Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the delay with the courier.

Tracking Notifications

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

Any applicable sales tax is already included in the prices displayed on our website.

Import Duties & Taxes

If any import duties or local taxes apply, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Insurance

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Parcels are covered for loss or damage during transit. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
